I found an emulator but its so slow. I think it needs bios to work fast.

no, the BIOS won't change anything. also if you are using Old3DS, emulators may not reach full speed ever, so you should use GBA VC (which you'd need a second cfw for that I think)

what do you currently use to go into Gateway mode? if menuhax, you can set up something like "Luma3DS" to go into when you want to play GBA games.

I got both ds & gateway flashcard which tutorial should I use which one is easy & I want to first update my normal 3ds its on 4.1firmware.
