How the hell do you install these darn things? I've read you have to put it in a folder called resources but it's not there.

create a new folder called "resources" in "SD:/wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2"
or just grab the "resources folder" from the .zip archiv into "SD:/wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2"
