If you installed Luma and it's ready to use.
Replace the boot.3dsx file with the one in the Luma3DS package (Should be in a menuhax folder). (IIRC correctly)
it should boot luma3DS instead then. Make a backup of your current boot file though.

Wait a bit, someone can probably help you more than i do.
Also if you're in the Luma3DS Emunand DO NOT Update Emunand if you haven't unlinked your Nands yet.
