Sorry if I asked this before, but 2 days ago I was trying to boot up Sonic Lost World (real disc, nothing related to Loadiine) and update it, but I had to temporarily remove the tubehax and the other DNS (forgot the name, it started with a c and it was long but that's all I know) because they block the eShop. Is there a way around this without doing what I did? Idk if it'll still be able to block updates if I can use the eShop with the DNSes but I really want to use the eShop.

You can't because when the wii u connects to the eShop, it connects also to the update server, and if it fails, you can't access the eShop.

By the way, there is no 5.5.2 or 5.6.0 wii u firmware for now, so disable tubehax dns, download eshop stuff, and re-enable it!

You have to refresh the page, sorry. I have make that edit 10 seconds after the first answer. Yeah, i love to edit my posts. This is not the first time this situation happens! XD
Oh ok, it's annoying how you have to refresh the page instead of just posting your reply and it refreshes itself.

Anyway, I wish the Wii U asks if you want to update the console like the 3DS does, so we can forget these DNSes existed. But ironically that'll most likely need an update to add lol

It will never happen! The 5.0.0 update ADDS the automatic update download feature (because of the hacking), so they will never remove this.

I prefer edit my posts to avoid the "merge" message.

When a IOSU exploit comes out we won't need an e-shop (if you know what I mean) :creep:

Just do what the person said above. A system update can't come that surprising that you need it enabled all the time. :yayu:

Downloading (your?!) Wii u games with title keys is already possible, so the eShop is already useless (if you know what I mean) :creep:

I didn't know that because I don't look at system update change logs.

You can actually edit the merge message out of your post.

You can keep Tubehax on and use NNU patcher to access the shop
