Like the title says, I got a brand-new N3DSXL today with FW 10.7.0-32U and was able to get Ninjhax working, then downgraded it to 9.2.0-20U successfully.

I can boot into the HBL using Ninjhax, and I can boot things like FBI, but Pasta CFW, Gateway Mode and MiniPasta either do not boot, do not load, or crash the system.

I tried using Gateway 3.71 Ultra and 4.0b2 with the same results.

I've tried using both the stock 4GB microSD and my 64GB microSDHC but neither is working.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Don't use either of those two if you just want to hack your 3ds up to a9lh(the best hack) use this

It can prove quite picky sometimes. Is menuhax installed and working? Can you run Decrypt9? Also, try downgradecheck homebrew to check everything is allright. Post downgradecheck output if you can.

I can run HBL and MenuHax is working fine. Ninjhax worked on everything I tried. Browserhax doesn't work at all for anything. Someone else said updating to 10.3 and downgrading back to 9.2x might do the trick, but I have not tried that yet.

Don't. If you can reach HBL you can downgrade again to 9.2 from 9.2. Less risky. Please run downgradecheck and post output.

Downgradecheck? I have not run into that yet. Is it part of the starter pack?

I just used SafeSysUpdater and then SysUpdater to go from 10.7 to 9.2.

I will try doing the downgrade again and see if that fixes it.

Please don't. Get: https://github.com/svanheulen/downgrade_check/releases and post output. Let's see how we can fix it then.

EDIT: and those sysupdaters... get also this: https://github.com/Plailect/PlaiSysUpdater/releases/

Yup, that's a clearly borked downgrade. Please grab a proper 9.2 package from plailect's guide here https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-2-(9.2.0-Downgrade)
Be sure to grab the corresponding package to your system (NEW) and your region (USA)

Then try to redowngrade to 9.2 with the sysupdater I sent you.
It actually looks like you missed the proper downgrade pack the first time. I'm surprised you were able to boot. That nand is surely crammed with titles.

I did not use PlaiSysUpdater originally. It gave me an error at the end requiring me to power off my device. I was freaking out until it actually booted to 9.2 on the reboot.

Here is the new output:

Whoa yeah, that fixed your system. That looks like a regular 9.2 new3ds correct downgrade. Check browserhax and emunand9 now. Looks promising. Try browserhax first.
