Hacking Downloading CIAS without double the cia size?

My way of installing cias is putting the cia on my micro sd then installing it with bigbluemenu.
unfortunately because of this i'm always going to need more than double the size of the cia available on my sd card.
This is a problem when i want to install a game but i don't have double the size available and i don't want to delete any of my existing games
is there a way to install cias without needing the "double size?"
Im on 9.2 sys with a 11.0.0 reinand cfw (n3ds)

Use PlaiCDN to download them to your PC and install them with socketpunch

Use Freeshop or CIAngel.

Don't think socketpunch was updated to work with F.B.I. 2.0 on up. It works with the older F.B.I. though.

It was updated to do that, used it in the beginning but obsolete now
