Homebrew I accidently deleted a Title on my nephew's 3ds

So I was trying to get rid of black squares on his home menu, and so I was looking in the nand of Emu, and I found a black square app and deleted it without questioning my decision. The system Title I deleted was CTR-N-HCSE, What is this title for? Did I do something very dumb?

Does the device run fine still? And was this emuNAND or sysNand? If emuNAND it's easy enough to fix you could always reformat the emuNAND partition and it'll replace any missing items. If it was sysnand.... Well I'd recommend you use the available methods to install the 9.2 system update... That should restore any missing system title

It runs fine, It was in Emunand. I am mostly wondering if it won't be fine because of it trying to load file that's not there, or if the file is pretty much useless and that it is safe. I am not on good terms with his parents at the moment and don't need more hostility from them.

If the above statements do not work just make a New EmuNAND

That title seems to be something to do with the camera. I think it's that thing in the home menu where you press L+R to bring up the camera. That likely won't work anymore. Try it, and if it doesn't work, there's your culprit.

Oh yeah, Also when doing this crap backup his SysNAND and EmuNAND. Save's you in the longrun
