Hacking Need help setting up an R4 cart for DSi XL

Hey guys,

I have no idea what I'm doing here. For some reason I was thinking that the card would come set up but that wasn't the case.

I picked up this card to use with a DSi XL and can't seem to wrap my head around what things I need to load on the card to get it going. If anyone has some time to point me in the right direction that would be great appreciated.

I've been on r4ids.cn but I have no clue what's what.
