Can someone help me find a way to get emulators on my ps vita 3.60

I think you can install homebrew on 3.60 and from there you can play emulators.
You can look up how to install homebrew on 3.60. if it's not available here on GBATEMP.

It's possible to run homebrew and that's the only thing that can run and Homebrew I know can run a few things. Not psp emulators though... I could be wrong, but I've read it somewhere that it's possible.
