Hacking I'm confused, which flashcart should I buy?

I have a DS Lite and 2 O3DSes. I'm trying to complete my ORAS Pokedex by catching every Pokémon in Gens 3-5 via emulator, and using PKHex to put them all in my Alpha Sapphire cartridge. (Don't judge me.) However, I found out that Black/White 2's Memory Link feature is pretty much impossible on emulators. This wouldn't be a problem normally, but I feel like Memory Link's too important to ignore, unlike Dream World. So, I thought maybe I could get Black on a flashcart and use my brother's Black 2 cartridge to Memory Link with it. Then I thought, while I'm at it, why not add all the other Pokémon DS games to it? That way, I'd be able to play them on the go, like with the GBA games in my modded PSP. But now, I can't find any cohesive info about what flashcart fits the bill for me. Can someone in the know help a noob out?

P.S. The only computer I can use is a college computer that runs Windows 7, so if I need to run any software programs or installation wizards, I'll most likely need admin rights, which I can't get. In other words, I'll be doomed.

Depends if you have a CFW or not, and if you don't what FW version you're on.

One 3DS has a9lh and Luma, the other is technically my brother's, no CFW, not sure about the FW. The DS Lite.......never modded it, haven't used it in years.

On the 3ds with luma literally any flashcart will work. If you want it to work on the unmodded 3ds though, you'll need this: http://nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=149

With a hacked 3DS that'll work with any card I still think it's worth getting a 3DS card like that one. Only a few bucks difference over the DS/lite cards and you can use it on DSi just in case.

Ah, I see. Well then, what cheap flashcart (<$20) would you suggest? And how am I supposed to pay these non-amazon websites? I don't believe in credit cards or paypal............

EDIT: I just found out that flashcarts are NOT compatible with Memory Link. So, that means I'll need to get an actual Black cartridge as well............####.
