Homebrew PowerSave3DS save to .cia save file... Is it possible?

I have my own Pokémon AS save file got from my PowerSave3DS. Is there anyway to convert it to a .cia save file? \:

Yes. Inject it into a cart then extract the save from the cart with a save manager like JKSM or SVDT

No. The powersaves file in encrypted and we cant decrypt it to get the save.

we can, iirc. but we can't inject the save back into cartridge with ps.

of course is yes.... the decrypted file is the same as cia export save profiles.

the raw save profiles are the same on cartridge and digital version.

Seems like i need anyway the cartdrige, because i have to dump a file named "save1keystream.bin"
