I don't know why but my Sky3DS takes about 8 sec to switch the games, except from any game to Triforce Heroes (TFH), that takes 2 sec. I realized that when I switch to TFH there's no red light (EEPROM)on Sky3DS+, and switch to other games there is EEPROM activity, I think that's why takes less with TFH.

Anyone know how to config Sky3DS to do the same with other games and take less time to switch?

Thanks

it's a conspiracy. They clearly want people to play the bad games.

umm. It might have to do with the size of each rom. How big are your other roms compared to Tri-heros?
TFH has 1G, others roms has almost 4G (like MH4 or Xenoblade Chronicles), others has 1G and others 128M or 512M. It seems there's no relation with the size.

No problem, thanks anyway!!

I also realized that the TFH's save file is much bigger than others (26M) compared to 576K or 64K.

Maybe is related to card1/card2 games?

It's actually because the game has a different layout from the rom than almost any other game, which is why it can boot so easily.

Animal Crossing also has a fast switch. Maybe it's fast only with card 2 games, but since I'm using a 80mb/s card I don't understand why so slow switch to others games

i think the sd card is just fragmented and TFH is just the least fragmented.
I was under the impression flash memory fragmentation wasn't a big deal, and didn't vastly affect performance.

It's not fragmentation because fast switch happens with TFH and Animal Crossing, and both have big save files on the sdcard (more than 5mb), while others has 64k to 512k. Also, when change to these games there's no red light on Sky3DS+, only a green light

i didn't say defrag i said see if its defragmented or not. defragger and many other software show how fragmented it is before u even defrag.
you shouldn't use a "defragger" per se, but a flash memory optimizer.

:( ur really not getting me. I only told u to SEE how fragmented it is NOT defragment it.
I am getting you. But using a defrag tool is asking for someone who doesn't know what flash is to click "Defrag". An optimization tool is different, as most support both mechanical drive optimization and flash drive optimization. Afaik, the standard Windows optimization tool supports both flash and mechanical.

Also, fragmentation doesn't really affect the performance of a flash drive too much.

I guess ur right. Anyways the reason i suggested the problem being related to the fragmentation of the data is becuase gateway has a prob with fragmented sd cards and i thought sky would likely also be vulnerable.
