Hacking Emunand but no FBI

I recently modded my New3ds XL and tonight my girlfriend decided she wanted to mod her o3ds as well.

She got as far as creating an Emunand, but now she has an Emunand without any CIA Installer.

Injecting FBI into the HEalth and Safety App didn't work for her.

She keeps getting a black screen when trying to start it.

Any ideas on how to proceed?

If emunand is not updated to 11.0, try updating it and then do the h&s dump/injection steps again.

use homebrew FBI to install FBI cia to emunand

We didnt use CFW in Sysnand.

We used proper Emunand.

but among the leaked SKD tools, there's a NAND installable DevMenu, which survives formats...
So if you could install it from SysNand, make a new EmuNand, then unlink Nands, DevMenu would survive the format you do when unlinking

i know about A9lhx. I am well aware of it.

I do not like A9lhx.

Although this isn't the place to discuss this, you can use EmuNAND with k9lh.

For what reason? Nintendo doesn't detect SysNAND modifications besides system titles which will tell you to update.

Because i am my own human being with my own likes and dislikes?
Because i am a complicated little snowflake?
Because maybe i simply don't think i'd like to go through that pointless hassle?
Because i enjoy taking out my sd-card, formatting it and then having a regular 3DS afterwards?
Why do you even care?

I now did the injection-process for her. She propably did something wrong there.

It works fine now.

You would get faster boot times, 100% boot rate, unbrick protection without a hardmod, save space on the SD card, only need to install GBA/DSiWare once, and be able to use Updated SysNAND for CFW.
You can still format with A9LH. You can also uninstall it.

I am aware of its precise features. I simply decide against it.
