Hacking can't launch hblauncher at 9.2.0-20E

I need to setup emunand and fbi on yewt another friends 3ds,
But I am stuck at launching homebrewlauncher using browserhax after downgrade/upgrading to 9.2.0-20E (old3ds).

I am using sliderhax on browser version 1.7567 (autohax page redirects me to sliderhax).

I am using otherapp payload that is renamed to browserhax_hblauncher_payload.bin

I am not getting any information (color screens) and the browser crashes when I tap the far right of slider.
(tried tapping A, tried tapping the slider, tried doing nothing)

I think that is all the information you need to solve this problem.
I hope there is a way I can setup emunand.

(I tried injecting FBI and then installing homebrewlauncher as CIA, but somehow. It doesn't show up using devmode from rxTools, I need pasta for it)

browserhax is . . . spotty . . . sporadic at best
but it sounds like an incomplete downgrade if im not mistaken so, i ask this . . . did you downgrade this 3ds?

Try using a different CFW and see if the homebrew loader cia appears. Also, try seeing if you can launch it in FBI (1.x is like press R twice to get to launch titles, 2.x is go down to titles and select it)

I upgraded it using the downgrade option from sysupdater.
While it was updating no errors occurred.

more information:
it went from 4.4 to 9.2 using the package from this guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/9.2.0-Update-(rxTools-MSET)
I can launch rxTools, Decrypt9 without problems. just the hblauncher wont seem to launch.

I first tried using launch title in FBI, That worked!!
I guess I now have my entrypoint for homebrewlauncher to continue to setup emunand and Cia installation.

also you could try installing cubic ninja.cia and setting up ninjhax

I forgot you could use cia installation to setup those entrypoints. but since I will be installing ctrbootmanager, I can launch hblauncher from there. Thank you for your help anyways.
