Hardware [need advice] Im going to by an AUS region

hi guy, im going to by an AUS n3ds, i wonder if it can hack and use CFW like other regions? and is it eshop different from us ?.....

Every 3DS device can be hacked for CFW.
An AUS 3DS is PAL region however the eshop is different.

PAL region e-shop is a little different. I have a PAL region console which is quite fun to use and thank goodness for cfw like Luma because region unlocking!
