Hacking Smash Bros Update with CIAngel and FBI

I created a ticket with CIAngel for the Smash Bros Update and tried to download from CDN through FBI. It downloads, but then I get a weird error at the end.

I did the same for the DLC, and even though it installed, nothing shows up on the game. maybe it has to be updated first?

Any ideas on whats going on?

You're giving unsuficient details. What's your FW version, which CFW are you using? Sysnand or emunand? SD Card size?

A9lh n3ds with Luma3ds in sysNand at latest firmware

Card is 64gb and half full. Downloading a 1.1.6 update cia worked. It also unlocked the dlc.

However, I'm curious why the ticket install didn't work.

I didn't. I used cianangel to grab the ticket and used FBI to install from cdn through the ticket
