ROM Hack Can't build working romhacked Pokemon AS

I can't build a working romhack of pokemon AS. i am trying to randomize it. i make a .3ds, i covnert it to .cia, AND THE CHANGES I MADE AREN'T THERE!

you know what? i totally had forgot about that XD

Your problem probably lies in the updates. They override things and I'm pretty sure it's even regardless if you're using LayeredFS or not.

Well, I can compile it and test it for you, I never failed at building rom and especially at pokemon. Just pass me your garc in PM and I'll give you a fresh patch 1.4 cia (to allow online) with randomization in it

nah, i think i fixed it. i am reinstalling the CIA.
