ROM Hack Has anyone compiled pokemon rutile ruby into a CIA yet?

i was wondering in the time the rom hack has been out, has anyone compiled it into a CIA like with pokemon delta emerald on that chaos site?

yes on that iso site it was named pokemon hack pack or something similar. had cia compiled pokemon rom hacks

ive tried but im new to the whole converting a 3DS to CIA process and i can never get it to work whenever i try

its been made multiple times both as main game and as update, check that iso site
