Gaming Best game for loading the homebrew launcher onto 3ds

I'm kind of confused about what game to load the homebrew launcher onto the 3ds. Any help???

This all depends on what firmware you're on now. What're you on?

If you're on 9.0 - 10.5: Internet Browser.
If you're on 10.6+: Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon if you have a Powersave / Save Dongle, or Cubic Ninja (or the to be released game exploit from Plutoo) if you don't have anything else.
If you're on something older than 9.0, update to 9.2

I don't want to buy cubic ninja because it costs to much

Well, launching Super Mystery Dungeon is practically like launching the HBL (it), and has the auto-updateable payload (don't know if someone used that for OOT yet), so it's a better option imo
