Hacking Exporting extdata from Pokemon carts to CIAs w/ JKSM

I've been moving the extdata from my carts that use online data (Mario Golf, Pokemon, etc.) to new CIAs I've gotten through CIAngel. I've been using JKSM, which has mostly been working perfectly.

However, when I try to export the extdata from Pokemon Y and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, the export keeps stopping on "/filelist.txt". The progress bar just doesn't fill and I have to cancel it.

All the other games have worked fine, but this one file is messing up the Pokemon games. No other games had a /filelist.txt, at least I don't think so.

Any ideas? Thanks

When I started my online games, all my save data was there but my online data was missing (friends lists cleared, etc.) After exporting from cart and importing to CIA, all the online data was there again. So I'm not sure that's true?

Maybe JKSM just made it easier, and I could accomplish it by navigating into the extdata folder and finding the right title?

what do you mean.... games extdata are stored in your sd card, that's 1000% true....

friend list is associated with your system title data.

what do you mean.... games extdata are stored in your sd card, that's 1000% true....

Er sorry, it's true they're on the SD haha. But I guess they aren't imported automatically?

first... im confused.... the friend list you talking about is the Friend List, right? not the friend list in pokemon game..

The Friend List on my main console was still working perfectly. The friends list/acquaintances list on Pokemon was deleted. When I first went online in Pokemon on the CIA, it said "downloading data required to connect online." After exporting/importing extdata from cart to CIA, the Pokemon friends/acquaintances was back.

if you lose the nand(format your nand, and dont have the copy of it). those extdata will become invalid for your current nand.

never have the same problem... export and import pokemon save between 3 consoles before... I don't care the in game friend list though...
