Ahh, I see what happened now, the USA ver was up, but it seems like the link for the US ver is dead atm, so you have to wait for the op to re-upload the files or someone else who has it to re-upload it.
Only the JAP ver is up and ready to go atm
It'd be under CIAs right? I mean, I can't even find the 1.3.0 cia update, nor the dlc in that section for any region.

Really? That's weird.. just search "Hyrule Warriors" on that iso site and you should find it quite easily, I found it on the firt page, but like I said, the download link for USA is dead atm, only JAP is up and running
