Everytime I try to enter Snowpeak for the first time via Zora Domain, It just displays and error message and forces me to switch off the system.

You have maybe a corrupted backup. Try to re-dump your game with ddd.
I'm not able to load into the game at all. I can only get to the part where you create a save file and after that it hangs on a black screen.

This link doesn't address your two problems. I'm going to suggest:
1) Backup SD card contents to computer or external drive.
2) Format SD card with Panasonic SD formatter. Full erase, not quick. If possible use 64k cluster size.
3) Copy the files to the SD card with Teracopy. Does it work now? If so then file system fragmentation was likely the culprit. If it's still not working then...
4) Find a different SD card if you can, otherwise skip to (5). A class 10 SD card (It will have a 10 in a circle on the card itself) is preferred. Repeat the process from (2). Does it work now? If so then your SD card likely has faulty sectors or was too slow, but normally Teracopy can pick up on errors. If it's still not working then...
5) Find a different dump of the game. Get one from a friend or go out to a warez site or scary torrent. Feel bad about the legal grey area of downloading a copy of a game you already own. Consider getting a different region's dump of the game (Loadiine is region free). Google search keyword: READY2PLAY. Repeat the process from (2) using the new backup.

I never got around to fixing my problem, but I think it has something to do with the dump I got. I need to re-download Twilight Princess HD somewhere. Would it be on that site where you get cias for the 3DS?

replace "3ds" with "wii u" in the site site name. Or add READY2PLAY to your google search terms.
So I got a new dump of the game but I'm still unable to play a save file. It's the same as before.
Same thing happened to me so I bought the game. I dumped my personal copy and never had the save issue so its probably a bad copy. You probably downloaded the same bad dump just from a different site.
