Backup everything from SD to computer.
In E9, format SD card without emuNAND.
Copy everything back onto SD.

This is the "proper" way to remove emuNAND. D9 won't show an emuNAND is installed after doing this procedure.

Sorry, the first post is really hard to understand without sentence-ending punctuation. In your case, I think there's nothing left to do. (Or maybe formatting to 64k cluster size in order to increase performance by a little bit.)

This happened because you expanded the main partition over the hidden emuNAND one, it got overwritten.

that's strange because i have previously regained my unallocated space and eliminated emunand, but i can access my previous emunand games installed...formatting with E9 deleted all this game too...at this rate i'm glad i have another sd with all intact on

If you regain unallocated space, you're basically marking the emuNAND partition as free space, just waiting to be overwritten.

But it seems to work fine in that mode and i regained space too,i can format to 64k with PC program and regain space without losing all my installed CIA games...is strage that my 17gigs on Nintendo 3ds folder are still there...why if they wont show anymore without an emunand setted?

It works fine until it's overwritten.

You didn't eliminate the space, just marked as free space which can be eventually overwritten by other files.

in that case i only eliminate the emunand but not the file installed on it right?damn,in that case how can i transfer all my installed emunand stuff over sysnand?(it seems the more logical things to do at this rate)
