There might be a couple of things you might of missed if you watched the Japanese Pokemon Sun/Moon trailer:

Oh and his name is HOKU....HMMMM

That said this, if we look at the picture from left to right, it means he's the 5th gym leader, and if we look at the other names Caitlin, Pablo and Ed. Weren't there 3 other kids who hung around Hoku?

And there you have it folks, Caitlin is the 1st, with Pablo being the 3rd, and Ed for the 7th gym leader.

With all of this being said its safe to assume that the Champion of the 7th gen is:

I wonder what types the new legendaries are going to be! (i feel like they need to add more types, like idk, COSMOS or something)
Also i'm calling the type for the seal starter, its going to be Water/Circus...again i cannot take that pokemon seriously....

It would be like an alienated space type of some sort, you know what i mean? (like Deoxys or Cresselia or Arceus or Jirachi) they definitely have enough to be a type

For ages, people been talking about adding a Sound type, it would include Jigglypuff, Electrode, Chatot, Noivern, Audino, Exploud, Chatot and others.

As much as it makes sense, it's too specific and you can't make a decent logic about effectiveness.
This case about cosmic type is even worse, there are less of them, it isn't that much different from Psychic and in most cases it would be hard to say which is which, it's even more specific and you can't draw anything about how effectiveness would work.

Before sixth gen I though that Light would be a good type, fairy is pretty much the same.
I see little reasons to add a new type now.
