I just wanted to ask because im thinking about installing Arm9 can i install it with emunand instead of REDnand? Also what are my chances of bricking im running a New 3DS with emunand at 10.7 (upgrading to 11 after Arm9 install) and Sysnand at 9.2E?

Yeah I did it with EmuNAND twice, they are very similar. OTPHelper will let you know if something is wrong with your EmuNAND/RedNAND. This was on an O3DS and a 2DS, but I imagine it wouldn't matter on an N3DS either.
From what I read all over the forums, the chances of bricking are very slim if you follow the instructions very carefully.

And also can i skip the downgrade and homebrew steps because i already have 9.2 and i have homebrew.

Yes, you can start at Part 3 if you don't have any CFW (but skip the RedNAND creation steps); if you already have a CFW, you just need to do Part 4 & 5 in its entirety.

Actually the only difference between Rednand and emunand to us final users is that emunand dumps and partitions are larger than they really need (specially with N3DS). Other than that the homebrews used in the downgrade and OTP dumping process know how to properly deal with them.

CAN I GET ANOTHER OPINION ABOUT THE EMUNAND

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Well the unbrick worked BUT i want another opinion before i do it.
what I meant by dg again was DownGrade again from your EmuNand_Formatted backup... (on EmuNand)

I feel like this would be safest as you'll be following the guide, rather than letting OCD kick in

Not anymore. Decrypt9 can make smaller dumps of emuNAND now.
