Oh, he said emunand. Of course you can downgrade your emunand.

You can, with one caveat: 11.0's FIRM is apparently (not confirmed yet) blocking downgrading FIRM to older versions (https://3dbrew.org/wiki/11.0.0-33#Process9), so you'd need to use an external firmware.bin to get around it. This only really applies to CFWs that load from NAND though, like Luma.

I'm confused by you, you make ROM hacks, seem to know what you're on about then ask retarded questions like this where the answer is posted everywhere already

The question wasnt that bad, being able to dg emunand is something that might be needed later (for 11.x at least). Better to get it out of the way, and have people keep backups of emunand than to just blindly update, and find out they are fucked because of some new security measure...
