I honestly don't know what I'm doing... I tried changing it and emunand black screened on me...
It's probably very simple but the last time i hex edit was for a 360 save years ago. I suck...
You probably hex edited it correctly but forgot to first install the other regions system titles.
The recent region changes I have done was done by installing the other regions update pack then immediately booting into decrypt9 and injecting the secureinfo_a then it will boot fine.
