What I want to do is run GBA and Playstation 1 games on my 3DS, someone told me to get high frames I would need a flashcard or somthing like that. Does anyone know what flashcard or what I should do to make them run faster? I'm currently using OoT3D on a New 3DS to homebrew and I can only play SNES games and I want to play Mother 3, Metal Gear Solid and Pokemon on my 3DS aswell.

You need a N3DS for an FPS increase for PS1 and even then its not the best however GBA emulation as CIA's is perfect across the board. Do you have homebrew or CFW yet?

Well thats a pretty broad question so ill simplify it, do you want to download and play any 3DS title for free along with any homebrew app under the sun or buy all of your games?

Not exactly a homebrew, you can emulate your system and install games, themes, dlc, etc..

You need to downgrade your 3ds before install CFW

Yes you can. You will downgrade your system and will not use it. After you install the cfw it will create an emulated system called emunand. You can update your emunand to the lasted fw and play online, acess eshop, etc. Everything like the real system (called sysnand)
If you do everything right step by step you will not brick your 3ds.

First off do you have homebrew? if you do follow this to downgrade https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-2-(Downgrading) if you follow whats written word for word you will be fine.
