NTR-CFW does everything HANS does and more.

Because, I want play ACNL with text2item cheat code.
I got ACNL USA version, and play with ntr cfw.
Screen flashed green. But the cheat did not work. Keyboard was Japanese !
So I tried HANS, set region "JPN" to "USA."
Keyboard was English.
From the result, I think I have to emulate region to play as USA version perfectry. but ntr cfw can't change region.

NTR can change the region, they have a language emulation plugin, but then again you could just get the Arm9 + AuReiNand which has Language Emulation built in now

To generate a LayeredFS plugin, you give it the code.bin of the game. I believe you can use a custom code.bin for generating the plugin and the game will use it.

it isnt working, ive used this code.bin before in hans but i gave it the edited one and it didnt work
