Sorry if thats already posted, but if u don't know, nintendo celebrates due My Nintendo is up and all of that, so check the applications catagory (at the end) in e-Shop, choose Flipnote Studio 3D (the first app in there) and nintendo will tell ya what u need to do to download this " very rare" title (that im not very sure if its released outside of japan [Japan gets everything ya know...])...

The five votes are saying they won't download the software that can make flipnotes, but not share them with a community

Over the local network only (but since it saves unencrypted to the SD, you can just share the files for the flipnotes you like, and/or render them to GIF/AVI).

At the European launch it had a 3-page menu with non-working online features (which I happen to have dumped), they were removed in the current version...
