How to access the famous Deep Web. (And be anonymous)

There has been A LOT of talk about the Deep Web but most people don't even know what it's about.
Today we will discuss how to get onto the Deep Web and some cool sites you can check out.

Step one: Install Tor
Choose the OS you use
Tor (WINDOWS)
Tor (LINUX)
Tor (MAC)

Install it

Step two: Run the Tor Browser

Step three: You're done!!!

Step four: PROFIT

Additional info: This is only to access the deep web to be truly anonymous go and get the Linux Distro Tails

Now that you're on Tor you can access the famous Deep Web

(REMOVED LINKS DUE TO CONTROVERSY)

I see a lot of people thinking my guide is bad. I may add that this is to ONLY access the deep web. You should have a VPN and/or a proxy to make sure you're TRULY anonymous. This is just a guide to accessing the deep web and not how to be anonymous. I hope i am not misunderstood on this subject and I have given out helpful info.

The idea is that TOR is the closest thing to a truly anonymous network (at least, as far as anything publicly available is concerned), meaning the deep web is the largest online hub for illegal transactions of all sorts, such as drug trafficking, child porn, stolen electronics, and losing thousands of dollars worth of bitcoins because you trusted someone completely anonymous on the darkweb just because they said they were legit. Naturally that means posting links to things such as the Hidden Wiki is absolutely against the rules here, but more importantly the reliability of TOR is questionable at best, and if you lack common sense it's just a good way to get yourself arrested, or at least put under extra scrutiny.

People, Tor doesn't offer you end to end encryption... before the data reaches the website server it is unencrypted on the last node..
if this last node is a "bad apple" you are basically volunteer yourself to a MITMA

and be carefull, using TOR there is an option (not sure if toggled ON by default) that while you are using TOR you become also a node for other people... i don't know that much about this but i am thinking it can get you in trouble..

get yourself a good VPN..

Guys the deep web isn't really as bad as the media makes it out to be. Is there bad stuff on there? Absolutely, but most of that can also be found on the clear web anyways... If you know what you're doing and you don't plan on doing anything illegal you have nothing to worry about. There are a lot of people on the deep web who just use it because they're sick of the surveillance state or they want to be able to post freely without having to worry about their employer disapproving of it etc etc. I do highly suggest anybody who wants to "dive" into the deep web, make sure you have common sense (never attempt to buy anything on there as there is zero accountability whatsoever so the vast majority of sellers (even of legitimate goods) are naturally scammers.) You'll most likely just lose your money and never get anything in return.

Also you should have at the very least a basic understanding of computer security, although basic isn't ideal, you should be beyond that. The reason for this is malware and other crap is often planted on the deep web waiting for naive people to download it. As for the really bad stuff on the deep web, as long as you aren't blindly clicking on links, for the most part you're not going to come across that stuff unless of course you're looking for it, which you deserve to get caught and spend some quality time with Bubba in prison if that's what you're after ;).

As for the links that were posted before (looks like it went to the hidden wiki and other sketchy places judging by what other's have said in this thread) ya totally inappropriate for GBATemp. A LOT of the stuff on there is really bad shit, I've been to the wiki before. I immediately exited and refused to browse through it when I saw some of the erm "services" linked to on the main page.....

Aren't you forgetting something here? Something javascript related maybe?
Oh well, it's not like it can totally destroy the whole anonymity thing anyway :tpi:
As I have stated before this is not for anonymity and for accessing the Deep Web, If you want to become serious about this subject please go and do some more research.

Yet you post this for attention on a nintendo hacking site where people think they can replace solder with super glue :glare:
