I made a purchase 6 days ago on NDS-Card for $9.99, accidentally purchasing the wrong card. Immediately afterwards, I contacted the website. Their answer was to dispute the charge via Paypal in order to get a refund, but in no way mention that this charge was for a "flashcard" due to those sales through Paypal being forbidden. "Just leave the reason why blank, we won't reply to the dispute, and in several days you'll get a refund" is what I was told to do by the website. I did that, Paypal couldn't find anything wrong with the charge, and denied my request. Since then, I've contacted NDS-Card three times and haven't received a response. The only reason why I went with NDS-Card.com is because Gbatemp claims that NDS-Card.com is their primary sponsor and trusted reseller. I'm posting this thread for any help from others on what could resolve this.

Never had a problem with them. Try emailing the PayPal email if nothing else, or you could threaten to report them.

I've emailed them three times, both from their Paypal email address and the email address listed on their website.

Also, why do they have an arbitrary way of handling orders? When you place an order with them, you have to send them a message via email, and then they reply back to you giving you Paypal account information that you're told to deposit money in. Once they see that money has been deposited, you're supposed to trust them that they'll send your purchase out to you. And they don't even support credit/debit card transactions. It's very unpractical.

Because PayPal banned flash cards and stuff like it. Hell a lot of sites that don't give any way to do PayPal and only take cc don't even use ssl.
