Check out the price. He's got a pretty good thing going. Since 3DS hacking has gotten more user-friendly recently we'll probably see more of this. (I thought at first the price was justified because it had hardware video out but it doesn't)

edit: btw any guesses how far it'll go?

"playable both online and offline as a retail cart would be!"

Until you get banned for using a public header. What a scumbag.

I wonder if people realize that the games are pirated, since he hasn't specifically mentioned it.

Perhaps they also think it has the Loopy/katsukity mod as well.

This guy also sells on craigslist too:-snip-. I only stumbled upon this because I live in a neighboring town.

Region Free and stream capture.
That pretty much says it.

Although, the guy isn't just selling the games, but the console itself.
The price might be a little bit over the top, but he isn't selling simply the installed games but the console as a whole with the games installed.

wow. There's a lot of money to be made from this sort of thing.

The fact that he's done the work of installing homebrew/CFW and games onto it already is worth some extra money. That is a lot of money though. $150 extra just for the convenience of not having to follow a tutorial and do the work yourself. One person bumped up the price from $100 to $300, maybe they don't realize the games are pirated, or maybe they're really willing to pay that much. Whoever it is probably doesn't realize that anyone can install homebrew/CFW and get all of that for free with just a tutorial and a couple hours free time.

So this ended with the winning bid of $395. dayum.

Since we can't link to it, the auction's title was:
New Nintendo 3ds XL + 32 Games/DLC/Region Free/Video Stream Capture

I've been thinking of doing that locally - actually have a couple of o3DSes awaiting their new owners, but I refuse to jack up the price like that. (Sure, it takes time do downgrade and install A9LH properly, but my time isn't worth that much!)
