Hi,
Here is my first homebrew for New 3DS.
This is a python script run on your PC or Mac, then you can play your PC's videos on New 3DS browser.

FEATURES

• Support Windows, OSX, Linux(Need Python2.7 and Flask)
• Only Support New 3DS or New3DS XL(Only New3DS browser support HTML5 Videos wiki link)
• Only Support MP4 format ( H.264 - MPEG-4 AVC Video, AAC - ISO / IEC 14496-3 MPEG-4AAC, MP3) and resolution lower than 480P.

USAGE

• Install Python 2.7 (Link Python2 not 3! )and Flask(Link).
• Extract 7z file.
• Put your movie files in static/movie.
• Open command line in the directory, run "python RUN_Server.py".
• If you see " * Running on http://0.0.0.0:5000/ (Press CTRL+C to quit) ", open your Internet Browser on New 3DS, go to "http://<your computer's IP>:5000"
• You will see your movies list.
• click it, then click the play icon.
• Internet Browser on New 3DS support Side by Side 3D Movie! Try it on the touch screen!

FAQ

Q:Where can I find MP4 format videos?
A:The MP4 files downloaded from Youtube are supported. Other files you need a transcoder like this.

Q:Why my MP4 files can't be played.
A:Browser only support H.264 - MPEG-4 AVC Video, AAC - ISO / IEC 14496-3 MPEG-4AAC, MP3, and resolution lower than 480P.

if you want to transcode a media file for new 3ds, you can try HandBrake. Here is a HandBrake setting that works for me:

Why only that resolution? Will be supported more resolution in a future, or it a hadware limit?

You should use ffmpeg to automatically convert any video to that required format (mp4 lower than 480p).

Hardware limit.....I tried many files, resolution higher than 480P will crash the browser....

We have two awesome games and better emulation. So it's almost a thing. lol

The a9lh master race thing is annoying. It was funny in the beginning, but now I cringe when I see it. I honestly don't know if I could handle another group trying to exert their "superiority" over the people that have something outdated like it's some godly object that only the select few have access to.

Actually, 3ds's screen isn't even 480p. You just need to use good codec.

Nice, this is a great nifty feature! Just a heads up for the layout of the post. The font color doesn't really work well with gbatemp Dark theme which most users are probably on because once you go black you never go back! I suggest you use the default colored text ^^

It depend on your PC's network. This script open a small web server on your PC.
If you PC have a public IP or open DMZ on your router. You can visit this on internet.
