Homebrew whats possible now on a n3dsXL v9.0.0.20E

sup all.
3ds came today (n3dsXL) firmware is 9.0.0.20E
I've turned wifi off so it doesn't update itself.
id like to be able to play roms of my owned 3ds games and was wondering whether i still need a sky like my o3ds did ages ago. or if its now possible to install cfw and CIA files of my roms and as it is still on 9.0.0.20E whether browserhax is still an option for me as i don't own Cubic ninja

You can enter the homebrew launcher, update to 9.2, then set up emunand (I recommend AuReiNand) or a9lh + aureinand. You can also emulate GBA/SNES ect ect on emunand / updated sysnand with A9LH.
