I alredy read a lot and cant understand.

I just wanna run GBA Virtual C.

New 3DS XL
using arm9loaderhax
I updated reinand to Aureinand v3.12 and after that copied files from AuReiNandv4.2

But when tried to launch GBA game always error ocurried.

I alredy searh and read a lot of pages, but so many information so many that i cant get anything

If you have N3DS check out the RetroArch emulators, which is specifically gpsp which runs very smooth now. just put gba roms and play

Ok! ok! ok!!

I just got it to work. I was reading to much old stuff and reading about other gba inssue, but i finally find my mistake.
I download Firms.7z and copied firmware_agb.bin and firmware_twl.bin to aurei folder.
Do i need the "firmware" that comes with? I can i keep using the one i alredy have?

Well finally solved. Sorry for bothering you guys.

No, im using Arm9LoaderHax, its boot direct sysnand right?

So.....

I still had my emunand, but know i'm confuse. It's not booting sysnand?

It's what marked
x Updated SysNAND mode (A9LH-only)
x Force A9LH detection
x Show GBA.....

I'm booting sysnand right?

That means ur using sysnand.
Thank you a lot. I didnt even know i could boot a emunand if i want.

Its so boring using something just for final porpose. Its good when you enjoy understand things and how does it works.

I used to be envolved with linux mobile, using custom Motorola Z6 to run Quake and super nintendo emulators.
I loved to understand things, but i got lost.

I have a New 3DS XL unit on firmware version 10.3.0.XXU. Must I downgrade this unit first to version 9.2.0-XXU first even before I could install this CFW on it?

I'm experienced with installing rxTools on older 3DS models but the New 3DS XL unit is an uncharted territory to me. Any insights or inputs would be highly appreciated..

Pretty much the same, except you need to use the n3ds update files.

if you dont want a9lh you can stop after part 3 but i would use that guide even for just menuhax stuff as it is the most up to date

I already have both BrowserHax and MenuHax installed in my unit and could directly boot to BrowserHax just fine from a fresh bootup. I am contemplating about downgrading my unit for some reason and would likely refrain from it if possible if there is a method in installing a CFW without the needed to go for a lower firmware version.

What should be my most logical step from here if I wanted to install AuReiNand in my unit?

[Update]

I found out that the existing methods does require the need to downgrade first. I guess I will do my research on this for now.

Hey! For some reason on the latest commit, my dsi and gba games no longer work? If i move back to 4.27 it works fine, but any higher than the released build and they no longer boot? Any fix on this?
