Hacking noob needs help with flashcard

hi hope some one can help but I think my card is a fake but am unsure

I have a 3ds on version 10.7.0.32e I have a white r4 sdhc dule core smart update when I put the card in and switch the 3ds there is a new item next to the eshop it says deep labyrinth atlus usa.inc its black looks like a game cartridge with a sword on it I click on that the screen goes black then white and I get a message saying cant open_dsmenu.dat any one got any clue

They're all "fake", the original R4 card was a non-SDHC only, DS phat/lite only card, and the R4s being made now are just copying the name.
Anyway, to answer your question, you need to download the kernel for your card from the manufacturer's website (or if the manufacturer's website is down, http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ can be of help)

Maybe it doesn't have the kernel for your cart. Is the manufacturer's website still up? If not access it through https://archive.org/web/ and see if you can find the right kernel there.

I mean the website printed on the cart/box (which in this case seems to be http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/)
The cart you linked is not a "R4 SDHC Dual Core Smart Update". Are you sure they sent you the right cart?
