Homebrew how to check if nands are unlinked?

there are several folders, but when I set a theme in emunand, the emunand does not boot anymore :(

something with menuhax, I guess...

yes, two folders and a "Private" one.
So maybe your nands are unlinked. To be sure:
-try to install a gba game into emunand (not the sysnand). If you get "an error has occurred ..." then your nands are unlinked!!
-Change the theme (if you see it only on the nand you install it, then there are unlinked)
-Install a cia (if you see it only on the nand you install it, then there are unlinked)

yes, every .cia I install is ONLY on the emunand. still, when I change a theme in emunand, it does not boot into emunand anymore. I guess that is has something to do with menuhax?!

oh sorry, I got confused. I wanted to use a dark theme on SYSNAND to immediately tell me I am on sysnand. but when I change it, menuhax is broken...

You can change theme in sysnand and keep menuhax by using menuhax installer. On emunand, just use chmm2 (and be sure to unistall menuhax)
