Just wondering what is the best way to go about doing this. Ive heard different things and just want to be sure so I dont brick my console or lose all of my games.

I thought that was the original game. Even on that list they only have a few final fantasy games when a ton have been released over the years for various nintendo systems.
Umm is it a GBA game injection or legit install from eShop?

I personally just prefer to delete stuff from the title management thing in the system settings.

I thought you lose all of your games if you go into title management?

You would only lose your games if your nands are linked. There is really no reason to link sysNAND and emuNAND if you are an emuNAND user.

ah they are not linked. So im assuming I have to enter in sysnand to erase that injection and then enter in emunand for that injection correct?

If they are installed to both sysNAND and emuNAND then yes. Go into data management and delete from each, you will not lose your other titles. In any case if you are worried about losing your games at any point you should backup your emuNAND.bin and mSD/SD card contents if you have free space on a PC. This way you can restore your emuNAND if you change mSD/SD or your card ever corrupted.

GBA injection
I have lots of CIA's and custom VC's installed and I recently deleted BootNTR using the title management in the System Settings with no issue.
