I'd suggest looking into how emulation works.
Modern day PCs have far more resources then a PS4.

Not even close, my Mid-high range gaming PC will outperform a ps4 by a LOT any day as long as the code is good
Because Wine would make it run significantly slower.
Cemu doesn't even run at amazing speeds on high end desktops right now, either. Mario maker may be 60fps, but Mario kart is still ~20fps.
If they were properly coded, and ported well, easily. Thing is, PS4, is comperable to a mid range PC, but they code for specific hardware, so they have tricks they can use... Just like if they coded the same game for the exact hardware in my computer, then yes, it would run better.
Lololol. That may have been true for the PS3 when it first came out, with its 8 cores and all, but they didn't tell you that the damn thing is a bitch to code for.

There are already a bunch of games that are on both that proves that they can.
But anybody testing it would get you the same results unless you want to try it out yourself. Also, way to go insulting everybody who took time at replying and giving you and answer.
I was just picturing you going out and buying a PS4 to play Wii U backups, instead of just buying the games instead. This made me laugh too hard. I really hope you already have a PS4. If you are just waiting for exploits on the Wii U to play backups, why did you buy a Wii U in the first place, just to let it sit forever and not buy games for it? That thought also made me laugh ...
