Generally you install a USB/SD loader program/app and run that to load ISOs.

i dont know what happend?
i used both usb loader and neogamma and when it come to create " new slot" and it freeze( black screen)

Dumping is the act of copying the game off the disc and into an ISO or whatever format. So the dump is the ISO. Try getting one from a different place.

NO, buy the game and dump ( make backup ) it yourself.
Any usb loader can dump your own retail games.

take Samurai Warriors 3 for example it doesn't play in progressive or 16:9, the only way the game can be played past the save game selection screen is by forcing NTSC or PAL50i with a 4:3 aspect ratio forced.

Found this nugget of gold hidden in some other section of the forums. Using USB Loader GX, I navigated to the game's settings (Samurai Warriors 3 > Settings > Game Load). I set Video Mode to Force NTSC and Aspect Ratio to Force 4:3. This enabled the game to get past the loading screen and enter the main menu.

Unfortunately, the game has further issues, which various backups have reported, including my own. Supposedly numerous people's backups (regardless of NTSC or PAL, from the reports I've read) still freeze on a black screen (black out) when trying to play different story modes. I confirmed this with trying to play Hanzo Hattori's story mode.
