I do. I got used to wearing one way back, and I still find it more convenient and practical than going commando .

I have big dick. It's totally thick, you barely notice it's there. I prefer thinner and lighter models to those huge boxing shorts.

Underwear in my honest opinion isn't a necessity..
It's a stress to have to pull them down, and back up again when using the restroom. And replacing them after showers. I dont see the need..
So no, i dont wear underwear, why wear them if their just going to come down again?
