So I recently installed arm9loaderhax from my reinand/menuhax option. When I have successfully installed arm9loaderhax with aureinand on 10.6. However a few days later, 10.7 came out and I wanted to upgrade it so I upgraded my aureinand and followed this site https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-5-(arm9loaderhax-&-AuReiNAND) to set up my prep work for the multiple boot options including decrypt9 that I might needed in the future if I want to use it. After following all the process under the preparatory work option. Since I already have arm9loaderhax and FBI installed, I skipped the rest...So ultimately I upgraded to 10.7 however, my system doesn't autoboot into arm9loader but instead menuhax where it would crashed when it tried to enter emunand (aureinand in this case). However if I hold R on bootup, then it'll load my arm9loaderhax properly...everything works except that it won't autoboot to a9lh but instead menuhax. I follow this video's guide below to install arm9lh . Then I followed part 5 aureinand prep work after arm9lh was successfully installed.

Try deleting all the options files for AuReiNand (the blank files in the aurie folder) and upgrade to the newest version of AuReiNand (4.0.1). Also you don't need menu hax any more you should be able to delete the config for that off your sd card and user the installer to fully remove it. Your system should be booting from arm9loaderhax.bin that's in your SD card root directory. This file is the one from the zip on this page https://github.com/AuroraWright/AuReiNand/releases you don't need any of they other files in the zip except that one.

Inside your aurei folder there should only be your firmware.bin and your payloads folder nothing else. The new AuReiNand will generate a config.bin, lastbootcfg, and patched_firmware_emu.bin file if those are in the folder you can keep them there. If you hold select on a cold boot it should go to the AuReiNand configuration menu.

To know how to setup the configuration of AuReiNand very carefully read this post it explains the options of how to get it to boot your sysnand, first or second emunand. https://gbatemp.net/threads/aureinand-n3ds-o3ds-a9lh.411110/

Looked like I fixed it. Thank you for your help. It seems the newer version of aureinand is easier to work with maybe...or possibly because I deleted the config file for menuhax that it worked. Who knows but it worked now so thank you.

Yeah AuReiNand is great because unless something changes upgrades are literally one file you have to replace. I went through and cleaned out my SD card of all the extra junk I didn't need like .edsx versions of stuff and the .dat file in the root of the sd card. You still need the key.bin files and don't delete your otp files since you need those to upgrade a9lh if they release a new version.

Make sure to go into homebrew menu and fully uninstall menu hax.
