Hi @ all,

since I do not want to re-open the N3DS every time I need to drag a file on or off the SD I'd like to know
how to access the SD Card without opening the back cover every time?

best wishes!

Make a hole, but why not just use the Microsd card app to transfer the files? It's useful to transfer small things that are less then 20mb

Yes it's really easy.

Just install the cia and launch the app.
And on your computer, install the client.
Then launch FileZilla and you set tje 3DS IP with port 5000 and you press connect.

It's all you need to do.
After that, you can drag and drop your files. :)

If you have a n3DS, i found that sometimes using the ntr option to "overclock" the cpu raise the debit (from ~800Kb/s to ~1.8Mb/s).
I tested without NTR and it gave me around 2,3 MB/s. Seems to be the maximum the old 802.11g-Wifi on the N3DS can handle. Unfortunately it does not have 802.11N.

Any ftp cia or homebrew app.
The on windoes just open up a d folder, then type in ftp://ipadress/port
Ip address and port is give to you by the ftp app.
Normally 192.168.1.(1 through 255)

I am looking fir a ftp app the doesnt need a reboot after launching tho
