ROM Hack A way to install Non-Legit CIA files on 9.2?

I have recently downgraded my 3DS to 9.2 from 10.5 and could anyone tell me how to install non-legit CIA's in 9.2? I know this happens from 9.2-10.2

I have done that, but I do not know how to install them to it. Also magically or just randomly one of the ones I installed went into the CFW. Also the thing I am using is FBI and that won't let me do it because I get an error saying DESCRIPTION_INVALID_SIGNATURE.

You are in your cfw mode right? If not boot into it then get into homebrew and then install the FBI cia.

Most CFW allows you to operate in Emunand, though some people likes sysnand.

I recommend unlinking sysnand and emunand, if its not already done.

Guessing your setup it must be on emunand.

Ok! I managed to install stuff through the Injected FBI file in health and safety in the CFW! Thanks guys and I will use this information to help others!!!!
