What game? What were their specs?
Unless their PC met the minimum requirements that argument isn't valid.

Anyone below Windows 7 wasn't given the upgrade so that's literally impossible.
Unless you're saying it's "planned obsolescence" which is a load of crap.
Microsoft even extended support for XP, but that doesn't mean outdated software is gonna be supported forever.
