Using a wad manager to uninstall a previously installed wad is easier and safer.
It deletes both the data and the ticket, like AnyTitleDeleter.
so using YAWMM is the good choice, you are sure it deletes what it installed and nothing else.

I don't know if AnytitleDeleter is expecting a specific IOS (maybe IOS236 ?) and if you don't have it then it will fail to get file access permission.
I don't remember if cIOS236 has all the permissions either.
It's better to use AHB access with IOS58, but not all homebrew have been updated to use it on vWii.

I don't know if AnytitleDeleter only delete files or also tries to "fix" the data in the system files (like the list of installed title in the map file), which I suspect will be encrypted differently on vwii (using ancast key) and TitleDeleter is not updated to ancast them. it could at best fail, at worst brick.

If so, how do I restore the NAND from a backup
It's not possible (yet, or probably ever)

it's not related to the vWii common key.
It was already technically possible to restore a full dump, but was decided to not release it due to it being more dangerous than useful. people would full brick instead of fixing semi-bricked vWii.

it will be safer when we can access vWii data directly from WiiU mode.

Ok, thank you. Wasn't knowing that problem
