Hi guys !

I was wondering, I've followed Piailect's guide to set up A9LH, everything went smoothly until Part 5.
So I tried to install A9LH without removing rxTools in the first place, it worked, without any error message.
Then, I removed rxTools from the SD Card (in order to only have AuRei) but it messed up my whole system.
I can't launch anything from the Homebrew Launcher, when I try to launch any homebrew, it does a red screen.
I can access SysNAND but I can't access EmuNAND (I still have the emuNAND_original backup thing, but it was on rxTools) nor launch ReiNAND (I've included the line for ReiNAND in boot.cfg), even though I've restored it through Decrypt9.
To be more accurate, I have the boot.3dsx file from CtrBootManager, no rxTools anymore, and AuRei set up according to the tut.
How can I solve the EmuNAND, the Homebrew and the ReiNAND issue ? Thanks in advance !

This will solve your issue

Just do step 3 and then reboot your console completely

You're a genius, it solved the issue ! Thanks ! But is it normal if it doesn't show the "Rei 10.7..." thing in the version number, but instead the classic "Ver 10.7... " as if I had updated SysNAND ?
Is everything done from the tut or do I need to continue ?
Yep, it's normal for the "ver" string.
With the lastest version of aureinand, you can push the select button on boot in order to open the configuration menu...

Ah, so it's as if I had a CFW SysNAND with my EmuNAND backup, so if there's any update, I can safely update like I could when I had EmuNAND ?
If you have arm9loaderhax with aureinand, you can "safely" update your sysnand to 10.7 without lose arm9loaderhax, because aureinand blocks writes in firm0/firm1 partitions, where arm9loaderhax is stored.

Glad its sorted, it does just say the version number, what I do is just set up a different theme in emunand so I can immediately tell the difference between the 2 firmwares

It adds zero extra layer of security. I thought the same thing before, but when you can launch Decrypt9, etc. before the system even loads... it's completely pointless to have emunand. :)
True, but I still kept my emunand to be able to easily use my Gateway card which can autoboot via sysnand 9.2 /menuhax while holding the L key in Aureinand. Not sure what happens if Gateway finally comes with a A9LH compatible launcher.bin version (if ever, probably soon (tm) )
