Homebrew Homebrew on New 3ds XL 10.3 with dummy browser

Hi,

I need some help installing homebrew on a new 3ds xl I got today. It is currently on 10.3 but it does not have a real browser installed, so I can't use browserhax. What other options do I have? I have a gateway card but no other game.
How can I install homebrew / downgrade?

It tells me 'to use the internet browser, update your system'. I guess that means this passage from the guide I am using applies?
"Note that systems where the system was updated with a >=v9.9 gamecard sysupdate have a dummy browser installed, unless an online sysupdate was done afterwards."
Or is there a way to bypass this message?

Sorry, ignore what I said.

You need to check if your browser is really a dummy one or you only options are sky3ds, cubic ninja or oot + dongle

it's a real browser and you can bypass the nag to downgrade.

I think it should work up to 10.5, bit I might be mistaken. But there's no harm in trying, so you can just test it.

If you really have the dummy browser, you will need either oothax, smashax or ninjhax

What is your full firmware version?
ex 4.5.0-10U

The update nag bypass (and browserhax) should work then. Recheck your steps.
