Hacking is there a userland save data tool for wii u 5.5?

well i just got another wii u on 5.3.2 (im i have run out of patience waiting on 5.5 exploit that may never come) and i want to copy my saves from my 5.5 wii U to my 5.3 wii u. i dont think i can system transfer without internet and i dont know if spoofing will allow me to system transfer. can i get those saves or is that history?

I think I've tried messing with it before, it really doesn't like loading saves from other titles in the browser. You might be able to do some trickery by running the game and opening the browser on top of it but that's never been tested before

I was able to do a system transfer from a 5.5.1u to a 5.4u spoofed to 5.5.1u. I just called Nintendo and asked them to do it for me. I told them my internet was shut off so I couldn't get online. I didn't get any of my savegames transferred though. Just my online ID and all my online purchases.
